Yeah they did go there.

I know at the time we had to appeal to get them in because it was a few months before we moved into the area and the demand for places was very high, so it is a much sought after school.

Both of my boys are dyslexic in varying degrees and learning had always been a struggle but they did really well there. I really liked the way they got praise and rewards for good behaviour and suitable corrective measures when they didn't behave as they should have or didn't do their work. I think they have the balance right in that regard.

I would recommend it.

Thank you, it's really nice to get other parent's perspectives on these things. I was very impressed by our visit this morning and it's no.1 on my list, although i'm going to Castle again on Monday.

btw - what are you doing on Saturday? I've got a ticket to see Ewan in Perfect Sense in the evening. Gotta leave 8ish or so. I could order another ticket if you can come - I'd love to have some company :)

It's a 21.30 show at Bristol so it'll be 00.30ish by the time we get home.
