A friend of mine who worked at Microsoft was not only fired for complaining about work on his webpage, but escorted off the premises by guards with almost no warning. Excitement, eh?
..and this is why when one complains about work, it should be friends-only, because people are full of bizarre levels of suckitude. It kinda sounds like someone had it out for her, because why else would anyone go through all of that effort?

Not sure where your friend works, but I had something similar happen (to me) at my previous employer.

Since then I carefully redacted any mention of my then-employer's name, and also marked any entries that involved them as friends-only ... and purged my friends list at the same time. Ridiculous? You bet. Necessary? Yes, if I wanted to continue receiving a paycheck.

just thought I'd let you know that I added you to my friend's list...

I tend to write about housecleaning, music, meditation, etc... and I write a LOT so I won't be offended if you decide not to put me on your friend's list :)

I agree about the workplace... which is probably one of the biggest reasons why I don't fit well in the everyday work-a-day world... It's frustrating from a financial standpoint though...

Corporations man - such scams. Your friend is probably much better off without that piss-ass job.

So where is it, now that she's canned? I SHALL REFUSE TO SHOP THERE! Or... be a patron. yeah. for invasion of privacy! bitches!

peace.
