Went to Michigan State to check out the IMPACT 89! Annnnd wow can I see why that station wins MAB after MAB. Its because they give a fuck. Simple as that. I got a lot of good programing and management ideas from them like reformating the schedules to make them more cohesive and also the firing and retraining djs if they dont cut it on the air after ( Read more... )

You'll have my vote, if you make an effort to not just make it about you, but making it so that people have the same enthusiasm.

well i dont think were going to vote for program director. we might since weve never had 3 people run for it. im kinda still thinking about gm but everyone except justin is telling me not too.

i want everyone to be enthusiastic and have the same attitude about the station that i have. we need to be more agressive in promoting and expanding the listenership of the station. we also need to improve the standard of broadcasting to win awards and retain/get new listeners. not everyone is going to like it but if i can push the station in that direction, in the long run we'll all be better for it. i firmly believe that.
