We had our first snow of the year this morning!

And it's already almost completely melted!

Wow, that is some late snow. I think we had our last snow about 3 weeks ago.

Yeah, it's funny because a few days ago I remarked how it was too bad that we didn't get any snow this year. Of course, if I'd slept in this morning or blinked or something I'd still think we hadn't gotten any. :P

When does it *start* snowing there? It would be so strange to have a winter that consisted of something besides rain and hail and wind...

We usually get some snow by Thanksgiving. This year we had a pretty short winter, and we had some really nice snow. This was in comparison to the east coast getting hit by major blizzards and New Orleans getting well, New Orleansed. I think we stole all the good weather from everyone else.

I made a little snowman on the trunk of my car and it got to drive with me to work. ;-) Making a snowman is worth being late for work. They kiss my ass. :-P
