I don't care what anyone says, it's nearly impossible to accept some things in life. It's so easy for people to say, "Oh, get over it ( Read more... )

Ry, that was the most pitiful post ever. You're throwing yourself a pity party that I refuse to attend. Life is hard for everybody sometimes, not just you. Yeah I wanna do something soon too, but not when you're in this kind of mood. I hope you snap out of it soon. It's just counterproductive, no I don't understand what exactly is going on but, you'll get over it and life will move on. Everyone has bad days, it'll get better. And the bullshit line about you're not meant to be happy, is just that, BULLSHIT! That's not true. The reason you're never happy is because you never let yourself be happy. You're such a pessimist, it'll ruin you in the end, mark my words. I'm going to leave you with a quote, "Some believe in destiny, some believe in fate, but I believe that happiness is something we create."

Ouch. Don't pretend you don't have pity parties, cuz everyone does. Sometimes things get really hard and you don't have a leg to stand on. You have to understand that. And blogs are about letting your feelings out.
That said, Ry, I do agree with the last part. The quote, I mean. You just have to change your way of thinking. You really do have to make yourself happy, Ry. There's nothing else to do. You can't rely on someone else for your happiness. Well, you can rely on Jesus. And I know that sounds really corny, but it works. Just remember that I'm always here to talk and have pity parties and that you're never alone.

Now here's my quote:
Everyone wants, everyone needs,
everyone hurts sometimes like me
It never rejects me, always accepts me
nothing can compete with my first stereo
Everyone wants, everyone needs,
nobodys perfect just like me...

I'm not saying that I never have pity parties Jess, I'm just saying that I've been Ryan's friend for 11 years and she has a bad habit of letting them go on, and taking them out on other people. When she's honest with herself she knows it too. And when she says that her whole life basically sucks, I'm a big part of her life, that doesn't make me feel too great...I have plenty of pity parties, like now for instance, worrying about where I'll live out the next four years of my life.
