I want to go back to Rome. I went once when I was 15 (I actually visited a penpal, who I lost tought with later) but I'd like to go again now when I am a grown up and see all the historical spots. Maybe sometime, there's so many places I like to go to.

i recommend you go during february/march or in fall because i cannot imagine that city with MORE tourists! you'd not be able to see anything! i agree, its so hard to decide where to go if you've been somewhere once. like, i'd love to go back to both rome and berlin but who knows!?

i really think it is one of my favorite cities in the world = not at allwhat i imagined or what i'd pictured. I thought it'd be a lot dirtier and stressful, but it is so easy to get around and the people are so friendly!

yes, we did - this photo is of the copy, but we saw the original (amongst a huge crowd of tourists!) in St. Peter's Basilica.

Rome was so great! i would recommend everyone go. it is very expensive, though! i love the culture there...not to mention the coffee(which i know you are so fond of!) pizza etc. it is such an easily walkable city! i want to go back and see the aquaducts, old Roman road, maybe somoe catacombs and some major art galleries that we missed. i really want to see more of italy, too = like ravenna, florence etc. to see more of the art i've studied!

It's so weird to see the architecture and art outside of a textbook!
