{That's alright, I was kind of distracted by House, anyway. And no, I haven't. Oh, I think what should happen is that he leaves after the next night's performance and goes to the next town, only to find out that the circus is performing there too.}

“You’ll come back tomorrow? To see the last show?”
He sighs, shakes his head, and smiles slightly at her. “I’m leaving for the next town tonight. I want to get a good headstart before dark falls, so I need to go straight away.”
“But…” She chews on her bottom lip, fidgeting, and looks up at him, then Alejandro.
“We’ll meet again, I’m sure. Travellers often do,” he assures her. He turns his gaze to the boy and sees sadness there as well, however strange that is. “If I’m ever in a town where you are, I’ll make sure to stop by.”
(House is a perfectly good excuse to be distracted. Which season? And yes, that sounds good :3)
