So yeah, I told jess that I quit smoking. And I still do. I'm gonna stop smokin. My heart sucks right now. So I need to make it better. And I found out high blood pressure doesn't run in my family so I don't need to take medicine for it, I'm just going to eat healthier, stop smoking, stop drinking so much and I'm gonna get back into working out!
