Now you've gone and given me a powerful craving to re-read the original 1938 novella ... I own a print edition but it's available online for any poor soul who hasn't had the pleasure: Who Goes There? by John W. Campbell (the more sensitive souls might want to wait for daylight ... ***EVIL GRIN***)
