Watched two bad movies today;  the delightfully awfull Sound of Thunder, and the fun but even more awful Battleship, based on the game of the same name.

Sound of Thunder, of course, was based - - rather loosely based - - on a Ray Bradbury story.  In the story, stepping on a butterfly in the past causes unexpected changes in the future, whereas in

Next games movie will be "Checkers". The entire cast will be high jumpers and pole vaulters. ;-)

And I've gotta know ... was this a movie day that accidentally turned out to be bad movies or a deliberately planned watch-bad-movies day?

Ah, well, Sound of Thunder was a happy rediscovery, and since I was already in a cheerfully snarky mood, I decided to give Battleship a go. I was not disappointed, in that I had no expectations that it would be a good movie. :p

Wait - Liam Neeson was in "Battleship"? As in, award winning serious actor Neeson? He needs to fire his agent.

And you should TOTALLY start a comic about baboonasauri!
