i haven't sweated this much in so long that its is insane. it was hot. my tshirt is standing on it own. it looks like it has eyes and is asking me to wash him now because i sweated like a pig, no, no, fudge that, a freaking cow. it was hot. i had to lay down so many times in the shade it was unreal. i drank liek 3 gallons of water ( Read more... ) -

well i didn't work out today. i woke up way to late to get it done. i hate that. it seems to be the hardest thing to do is just get up. so for now on my bed time is going to be 10pm. i have been staying up to 12 or 1 for about two weeks and that has to stop ( Read more... ) -

well today was a good day. i received a call from a person who is selling canvas. she has the 10 ft by 60 yards ( about 180 foot ) of canvas. the only thing i don't like about it is that its only a 40 lb weight. which isn't a very sturdy canvase for 10 foot canvas ( even though i would never do another ten foot painting, way to much money involved ( Read more... ) -
work out update
i did 30 push ups, not so much done right. i did them in under 3 mins easily but i coundn't push past 30 with good form. plus on top of that i could only do 2 to 5 at a time. i should be able to do 100 push ups in three mins with 3 to 4 small pauses ( Read more... ) -
