Name : Dana Dialga (Personally she prefers "God of all that is cool and Time-like"/"God of Clocks :B" but that's just her)

Personality: By freely manipulating the flow of time it is able to move to the past and future.
The legendary deity; the one that was rumored to of even began to move time forward. Many consider it to be mysteriously frightening, from the sheer intensity of it power and its immense size. The very presence of the pokemon can leave many stunned and shocked in pure awe; this leads the legendary to move about through solitude. Its sightings in the wild are currently very rare, and many have yet to be able to comprehend one of the first legendaries of Sinnoh.
What many believe is actually wrong. The pokemon is a gentle giant who goes on its merry way instead of interfering in the lives of humans. Its solitary ways are only there to keep her secrecy as it is. It is more aware of the consequences of taking her secrecy away, from the events that have taken place with other legendaries. It knows the extent of its power is very great, and fears what would happen if it were unable to stop someone from taking its power and using it for wrongful means. It's learned to never show itself unless it is needed fuck u Cyrus and your Red Chain. :| Which you don't have it yet but still. upon the top of the great Mt. Coronet. In that sense, it is still very careful of its moves, considering what could happen before it does anything is a big part of how it calls forth decision-making. (That and what it considers in its heart to do (re: punching people in the face from gawking at her. 8C))In its age, comes its wisdom. Amazingly, for a creature that is so socially challenged, it is still able to learn from its surroundings. Even if it still has much to learn, Dialga has gained a large vocabulary, and generally loves to show off its wide range of fantastic and new words that a human of average/lower than average/sheltered IQ could possibly not comprehend. It is able to adapt to its surroundings' vocabulary range within a few weeks only to be able to blend in with its surroundings, of course, but cannot help itself from retaining a percentage of the way it is used to speaking. On that note, it also has a different, yet somewhat similar, way of speaking towards its teachers. Keeping utmost respect for them, unless it just does not care for them that much. (In that sense, it still knows to keeps at least a small percentage of a respectful way to speak to them, only being an asshole at the same time.)
Dialga, even with its age, still retains an inner-youth. It is very expressive of its emotions, even in its normal pokemon form. One glance will be able to tell how it is really feeling, through the verbal sounds and its eyes. Its deep red pupils have the ability to glow in any situation, but they express a level of how bright the glow is by a factor of feelings. Negative feelings, such as anger or annoyance tend to give off a brighter glow, neutral/positive feelings such as contentment and being focused give off a normal sort of glow, while forlorn feelings such as defeat and sadness give off the lowest glow. Verbal expressions would include things such as grunting, growling, and even snorting. It takes these traits from its form, only able to give off random sounds such as the ones spoken of and of course, roaring.
It has also picked up odd habits and quirks, such as when it becomes bored or to attempt to think, it will click its metallic claws against a surface able to give off sound, or scrapes them against something else metallic. It has a peculiar love for the sound it produces when it does that. Most of the time it will become wrapped up with the sound, forgetting when it is out in public to not cause that much attention to itself. When it has figured out that it has become a nuisance to its surroundings, it just quietly retracts itself from being near the source of its noise-making and tries not to cause much more attention to itself.
In situations where it must be in a group, or in a crowded-like setting, it retains rather drawn back and reserved to let others do things on their own...sort of like hiding behind a mask. After a while, when it has had its fill of sitting in the background and observing, it will attempt to make an effort to communicate with others; small at first, it gradually will begin to show its more lighthearted side towards others, unveiling the mask that it keeps its true feelings sealed.
Family has a big part in its life. It holds great respect and admiration for its creator and parental figure, Arceus. Feeling much more connected to it and the other two that make up the first pair of triplets that Arceus had created; it is closer to it to the point of referring to it as a motherly figure. The other two siblings, Palkia and Giratina, are a different story toward Dialga. They bring out the sibling rivalry the most in it, especially the mover of Space. They retain a considerably friendly relationship, sparring quite frequently. Giratina, on the other hand, has not been able to bond as well as Palkia has with Dialga, and their relationship remains very distant. Other legendaries, the ones that it has been able to meet on a personal level, such as the Lake Triplets, are on neutral grounds with it. It speaks to quite a few legendaries ever so often, but is unable to truly get to know them. Plus it is only limited to knowing the Sinnoh ones on even that level. It has yet to meet legendaries out of its home region of Sinnoh, despite taking a few trips to explore the world, despite this, it is still very aware of the presence of the other legendaries that are connected to the world it strongly resides in.
Other creatures that are lucky enough to become friends with Dialga, and it returns the same amount of friendship to the individuals have the ability to gain a nickname-although most of the time they make no sense or are rather silly-from the legendary. All of these creatures that it gains trust to and friendship, it is much more open and carefree towards them, without a doubt. They are able to learn that the pokemon is mellower and less serious than its demeanor strongly gives off.

It's really vague in the "who she knows" category for one reason; I would rather leave them very vague as it is in case the apper does not want her to know them yet. When a legendary is apped and they want Dialga in their backstory in anyway, I'll discuss it with them. :o
Backstory: A long, loooong time ago... there was nothing. Then there was Bob. Bob did some cool stuff, then created Dialga, Palkia and Giratina. Dialga was a pretty happy dude after that. She gave off the normal vibe to a newborn creature, staying close to the one who had given life to her, before she actually ventured towards her other siblings (Which will either be referred to as siblings or triplets, depending upon how I use it) and warmed up to them. After that, it wasn't odd for her to play with her siblings and her mother, not realizing that there was something missing in her life that she should be doing right now. After a while, they all figured out something; with the universe and everything within the universe turning, stuff should happen! They've got duties to uphold! Space and Time of course did their jobs, expanding space, and the job of rolling on time in it's early stages was set to Dialga. Giratina? Who's that? Lolol The little legendaries were pretty new at what they were doing, but they figured they were doing a pretty okay job, since time and space were right on track. Dana would know, she had to go back into the past to fix stuff, lol.
Of course, as time rolled on by, thanks to Dialga, she became a bit bored of just floating around and rolling time. She figured she had a bit of free time, and she was curious to what this universe held within! She remembered one world in particular; the one in which her Mother went to take a very deserving and very long nap, and had to check it out. Prehistoric Pokemon roamed about, they looked a tad similar to Dialga, she was pretty flattered about that, so she decided to play around with them. She fit riiiiight in, and they didn't suspect a thing. They just figured that she was a giant glowy poggleman. While she was chillin' with the "dinos", legendaries began to pop up (some of them weren't even Arceus' children!) Of course the pony'd never seen any of them, only word traveled across the globe. And word spread fast, and she was basically informed with everything that was going on in the legendary mainstream. Her awesome fairy-like siblings were responsible for that
She didn't take too much word to it, one or two legendaries didn't mean that much to her... okay yeah, they did. OF COURSE being one of the oldest siblings, she had to be cool about her limelight being shared. She was always seen as clingy to her mother figure, no matter how much she tried to break the habit, she would miss her before she went to sleep, of course and chatting with her. She just had to buckle down at this point, and try not to get too freaked about how many "siblings" she had now counted. Personally it was pretty easy, she became SO wrapped into her job. Palkia always gave her a good challenge every so often when he would come out of hiding, which the spars usually ended with a handshake and a good job. okay not really but that sounds p. cool to me. Even with the sparing, the pony was still ridden with being bored! The evolution of the world brought one thing, Humans. Personally, to Dana, humans never really pleased her, and watching them evolving and shaping was sooooo dull! She moved throughout time, in which different events had passed. From the early 20's AD to the 1500's then to the 300's...and so on and so forth! Why not take a small peek at what was going on during different times? She found out many things about the humans, from wars, to man-made creations that were even a tad shocking for her to see. She was impressed in how far they've come from seeing them first appear from the ocean... While she was meddling with what the humans were up to, the pony kept herself; secluded to huge forests and the atmosphere out of their range (This was sort of challenging to do whenever they had figured out a way to fly into space) to conceal her large girth. It would be rather odd to see a herd of miltank with a giant glowing space creature in the middle of it! You can't unsee it now.
One other thing she noted while traveling through time, she was also witnessing the evolution of her own creatures. These pocket monsters had been changing since the first signs of life. Rather fascinated by what she saw, so many varieties depending on the area she was visiting and the millennium/century! She never interacted with them, just kept to her observing ways. Even if she had known that some of the pokemon had seen her, it wouldn't phase her. She was a powerful creature, and unless it was another legendary or a very powerful wild pokemon, she was settled. She knew well to stay wary of trainers, with their intentions varying from person to person, she did not want to chance being used for evil. ...It really just didn't make her day.
It wasn't long before she rolled over to the present time. She'd heard of a few instances that, personally, she wouldn't of expected in a normal school, none the less the city itself. Giant explosions on a daily basis, big red font, sea creatures of the magical and mystical variety attending and living at school. ...Other legendaries!? Oh yeah, that would make anyone want to attend, it would be the perfect chance for her to really get to know some of them that have had her shrouded in mystery for such a long time. Of course, the thing that really made her curious about Smash Academy was the fact that her own MOTHER had joined the rosters! Oh boy, she hadn't seen her Mother in a very long time, this was the perfect reunion for them. She was becoming lonesome without her ...So, Dialga was still bored as ever from traveling through time so much, and she decided to stop on by.

-After being with her two siblings for long enough time, she settled on being a female. 8( Cause boys are icky and gross.
-Back in the old days she picked up two habits Because she is a pony; one is lack of people's personal space (IE: getting way too close, and even licking. She really will, I swear.), and another is when she becomes bored (In both human and pony forms) she will click and scrape her claws against metal surfaces for the metallic sound.
-During night time her stripes and her gem glows in both forms. Don't be alarmed, she just likes a night light or a 24/7 rave party. :3
-She has a natural fascination with time, and loves collecting things such as little pocket watches and stuff like that.
-Her moveset is Metal Claw, Roar of Time, Scary Face, and Dragon Breath; Docile Natured. (Speaking of, the whole RoT would never be used unless she REALLY needs to use it.)
-She's a big pony. 8) She is also a big baby and loves her mommy. ;___;
