Last post for today, I promise!
By some strange happening, all of my inter-library loans came in quickly and at once. Even the librarian was surprised. I have 18 items checked out.
- 4 books on kitchen planning and design
- The 30 minute vegan (I just need to buy this book)
- Homesteading
- 3 videos on laying hardwood floors
- 1 book on caring for hardwood floors
- You Can Farm - Joel Salatin
- Meeting the Expectations of the Land - Wes Jackson et al
- Comeback Farms - Greg Judy
- Holy Shit - Gene Logsdon**
- Humanure Handbook
- Becoming Native to this Place - Wes Jackson
- Nourishing Traditions
- Farming in Nature's Image
- Walden and Civil Disobedience
- 52 Weekend Makeovers (because really, I need more projects around the house)
**The librarian was offended by the title "Holy Shit" and taped a piece of paper over the title. I thought that was a tad humorous. I'm not planning on composting human waste, but I'm curious to know what options we have and how much of an issue this could possibly be.
i gotta get reading.....I don't know where to start....
