Terra was silent during the boat journey, wondering if she was doing the right thing. She wanted to support her friend, but couldn't help but wonder what was happening elsewhere. The Lunar Cry had exacted a terrible toll on the Mist Continent, which she had seen for herself.

Then again, this wasn't a vacation. If this trial would aid the Warrior, then it would aid them all. Terra reminded herself of that more than once, stepping out of the boat last. At the Warrior's words, she shakes her head. "That's not true. You're going; it's reason enough." And she would do anything to support a friend.

Porom nodded in agreement. She'd also been quiet throughout the journey, but more because everyone else was than for any other reason. If anything, she was relived to be away from Mysidia and all the awfulness of the Mist Continent, if only for a little while. Even whatever trials that awaited were a welcome distraction.

"She's right. If it is so difficult then I'd much rather you not go alone anyway."

Refia only knew the Warrior at all well - even then she wouldn't claim to really know him - but something about the Citadel had captured her interest from the first moment she'd heard of it. Their old foe Bahamut might have been at the top, but Refia, for some reason, really wanted to see the place for herself.

"If I hadn't come here with you, then I would have come here alone sooner or later. This is probably safer."

For all that she was a powerful white mage, she couldn't fight in this class, which irked her to no end.

He listened to all three of them, and nodded when they were finished speaking. "Thank you, nevertheless. Your assistance is welcomed." It was certainly true that they would likely do well here- with two strong white mages, they would not need to worry about injuries, or any undead they came across.

"Then let us begin," he said, turning toward the one small path that led up the mountain. This part of the journey to the Citadel he was unfamiliar with- he did not remember it being close to, or part of, any volcano, but the location which they were meant to go to was obvious enough.
