Oh, I definitely did- it was sixth or seventh grade at my best buddy's birthday party. We're all chilling in his basement and I'm sitting on a couch. Some idiot with a skateboard decides to stand on the chair next to the couch I'm on. Soon enough the chair decides to fall over with him on it, he flails his arms, including the one that's holding the skateboard. His swinging arm brings the side of said skateboard in connection with the bridge of my nose. Blood everywhere.
