kaela! you missed my point entirely! there's lots of anime i like; you must have missed my post a few weeks back about buying bootlegs of the entireties of neon genesis and cowboy bebop on dvd . . . love some of the stuff to death, in fact (i plan to watch about four hours of CB tonight). hell, i've loved _akira_ since i was ten years old and watching a bootleg copy made by a guy at the laserdisc store that went out of business years ago.

however, 'arislan' is total shit, and the people in anime club --who i thank for introducing me to the eva series-- love it for some reason. i surmise that these people, unlike myself, don't really have tastes within the genre. there's anime i love and anime i hate.
