Wrapper 02 [Accidental Video/Action]

[The feed clicks on to first show the growing-too-familiar rain of fire. Then a building finishing it's burning decent to the ground. The viewer can hear someone breathing a little heavily and maybe swearing under their breath

[Sokka noted the PCD message, but considering he was just passing by the offending flames, he didn't bother responding. Trajectory mapped, he gave the wall of fire a wide berth before seeking out this person he's never met.]

[He's shading his eyes from the heat and the light.] Are you-- are you okay?

[Kariya is just gonna grab him by the arm and pull him a little farther away from the burning building. There was way too much smoke over here for anyone living to be able to handle it.]

I'm alright. No harm done unless you count getting a little dirty. I'll just have to find a new place to stay once all of this is over is all.

...if there's anywhere left to look. [Sokka looks back in the direction of the house and then steps away a few more feet. He runs a hand over his forehead, streaking soot into sweat, sweat into dirt.]

If you're-- [He coughs.] If you're up for it, I could sure use help. Lots of fire out there, lots of injured, too...

Anythin' underground ought ta be safer. Try the firehouse -- [he taps in the coordinates swiftly] - it's brick an' I've got some protections up around it. I'll be swinging by.

Hidin in a hole while fire rains down mercilessly on our sad little town that is overrun by weird little monsters doesn't sound like the best idea to me. What if there was nothing left when I decided to come back up?

I'll go check on em. [Although he wouldn't be terribly surprised if he got there and they were already gone.] Not that those kids can sit still. Well, here's hopin right?

There are at least people protectig them, so definitely safer than somewhere out there.

To be fair, a lot of places would be a lot safer than out here.

[Oh what he wouldn't give to be able to construct a wall or something here. Make a safe zone or something. Oh well.]

If you had to guess, how many people in this city would you say are unable to defend themselves from something like this?

Well, that is a good question. A lot of people seem to have hidden or special skills, I really can't tell.

Well that makes cataloguing em difficult.

Guess the only way to be sure is to scour the city.

You can bring people to the house at [X;Y]. It's made of stone and Kaa-san's got some barriers up around it.

[Yup, taking note of those coordinates and making sure he knows how to get there without his PCD just in case.]

I'll keep that in mind. I'll start looking for survivors.

You can probably stay there yourself for a while, too. There aren't any free bedrooms, but it's a roof.

As for other safehouses, there's a few that Tou-san and I helped set up a while back that we're sending people to right now.

Ah. Thanks Jr. I'll keep that in mind for when the hellfire stops.

[He takes note of those too and does the same.]

Hopefully there wont be too many people who need rescuing.

[Not because he doesn't want to do it but because it would mean some of these people had any sort of survival instincts.]
