[Passing by with her nose stuck in a book, Yuki glances up momentarily, sees the equation, and pauses. A few seconds later, she is neatly writing down the answer.]

[Ed looks over, examines the solution, grins, and claps her hands.]

[She nods. Then points to the swirls and geometric shapes.]

What are these for?

[Looks at them. Shrugs.]

[Jogging past with a trusty canteen in his hand and...stopping to stare at your work, looking too and forth back at you and it]

...Are you on some kind of medication?

[Doesn't even look up. The elephant is too important.]

[danesaxed]

...Uh-huhh, then what's with the elephant?

[timeforjam]

[Still hasn't looked up from her drawing yet.]

It's an elephant.

[Still working on her drawings.]

[Looks up gleefully and claps her hands.]

[She does. Sort of. A little? Maybe. She kind of sort of noticed him out of the very corner of her eye, but she's too busy drawing to make any sort of indication that she sees him.]
