Well, I assure you John and I would quite enjoy sharing a house with the two of you, however there is one condition I would require.
I would like for you to accept Soul into the household as well. John and I have been sharing a room for quite some time now, because of how small the inn room is, and I am quite sure we could continue without objection.
In fact, I would quite prefer such an outcome now that I am so used to it.
This would leave the fourth room open for Soul, so space would not be any problem whatsoever.
