No idea concerning taxi services with baby-seat but try this new Skoda car taxi they may have some safety belts in the rear seat. I'll check out telephone number by tomorrow !

Concerning the non-smoking areas:
a/ Square One, abovian st. (for the long out of country - in the building of the old "detsky mir"). They have a non smoker's second floor.

b/ If I'm right, Artbridge has a non smoking hall. Again, abovian st. between the crossroads of tumanian and sayat-nova.

On the taxi issue, there are some services driving western cars only, which should have a safety belt. American taxi for one (fords only). Unfortunately i seem to have lost their phone.

well, once again, Art Bridge and Twinnings definitely have a non-smoking section (both are on Abovian, between Tumanyan and Sayat-Nova). Again on Abovyan, up from Sayat-Nova, there are also Cafe Central that should have a non-smoking section I guess, so should L'Orange which is again somewhere next by.

then again, many places in Yerevan, you'll end up in a separate room, all by yourself, and it's all up to you if you smoke there or not.
