Thanks! :D I had a lemon marionberry muffin from the Cheese Board the other day, and I'm pretty sure I burst into tears right there in the street, it was so good. And I'm really excited about the farmers' market.

I envy living where there is good food besides what I make myself. Congrats, haha.

Now taking in what books I've read that are on your recommendations list...I need to work on several of them I've known I should read forever. -_-

I'm so ridiculously excited. :)

SO MANY BOOKS. Though I was talking with an author/reviewer the other day about "homework" reading vs reading for yourself, and she said that even if something's the big book of the moment, sometimes you have to wait until it's the right time for you to read it. Which I thought was very astute. Sometimes a few years will go by during which I repeatedly think, "Oh yeah, I should read that," until it's finally the book I want to be reading at that particular time in my life.

Yes, very true! I'm pretty sharply intuitive about what books are going to be like, so I do listen to my druthers.
Even if it gets me in trouble. Because they come on hold from the library for me at the wrong time, and I have them for too long, just waiting for The Mood to strike...
