I can't stand it anymore.

Day 7 of not being able to concentrate/focus on anything. I'm getting sick of this. Actually, i've been sick of this. I can't even explain what it feels like really. I feel like my brain is in a cloud, there's some kind of delay... Sometimes I can focus on something and everything around it shakes... sometimes it's fine...sometimes everything

make SURE you're eating......the body NEEDS nurishment when it's sick.......well all the time.....but especially when it's sick
