Getting hyped up about King of Fighters after a long period of not caring about fighting games. I have new KOFs to look forward to, unlike Street Fighter. KOF11 looks great, and holy shit Terry has a 10 hit Power Geyser ( Read more... )

11 is fantastic. It's much faster then any other KoF and flows much better. I got a japanese PS2 for that game and I'm very pleased. I might write a review for Herv if I feel motivated/find time.

I need some advice on importing that game on a budget. And making it work in my american PS2. >_

My friend has both styles of American PS2s, though at this point it'd probably be easier just to go for the slim model since the HDD Loader got nuked by sony. Anyways, this is an improved version of what my friend has: http://www.swapmagic3.com/Swap_Magic_Where_To_Buy.asp

It works well enough as he had that before I had my Japanese PS2. He used the equivelant of tool E, which his is actually a new lid on the slim model, the new version appears to be a tab that you simply insert in. Which I'd imagine really brings the cost down.
