I dunno worken at CMH is taking alot out of me.
Also my car is having signs of old age and iminent death show themselves all over.

I'm really depressed and smoking alot. I need to stop I need to make myself stop.

:( I'm sorry you're depressed. I know this sounds retarded but it was only this summer that I somehow made friends with myself and began to stop hating myself-it was only then that I got back to being happy and not depressed all the time...granted, it was my friend's faults for not giving up on me, but they taught me how to accept myself. It really helped, I don't know how else to explain it. It's almost like I changed my outlook because they knew something was wrong and were determined to make sure I could fix it. I don't know, I just hope you have someone to go to, I'd offer but I know for almost a fact that due to the pass, you wouldn't go to me. You're an incredible person so don't forget it, I don't say it often to people, and I never say it unless I mean it.
