Joxer made his last round as the people started to dispurse. There really wasn't much more he could do to while people were slipping into the woods around him. Making his way back towards the main party he watched the dying flames from the pyre. He knew that Aille was likely to stay there until there was only embers. He'd stay in the background until she was ready to go back to the main Temple, however, Bliss was the one who needed the watching over.
Moving over toward the contraption that Rakj'a had come in, he decided to wait for her there. Although he didn't know the men she came with, he'd promised her an explaintion of what had happened.
Things were breaking up. People were moving off in various directions, and in the dark it was getting hard to tell one moving-body-among-the-trees from another.
Rak slipped out of the forest and headed back to the car - she recognised Joxer waiting there, and waved as she walked over.
She grinned back. "No problem, glad to help out. I've got no time for people who'd make trouble at a funeral in any case, but especially not when I have friends in the crowd. So ... "
Perching up on the hood of the car, she scooted over so Joxer could sit beside her, "Before those friends come looking for me ... what's the story?"
