[Oliver is trying to hide his injured arm by his side and sound as calm as he can, but his voice is strained with pain] Hey, hey. Calm down. You're on a ship. And... [gives her a smile] It sounds like you've got friends here, if you're talking about the Haruhi and Kyon that I know.

[She sounds anxious and looks at her surroundings again, but her face brightens up as she hears the name of her friends.]

Suzumiya-san and Kyon-kun? You know them and they are here?

I just... [winces] ...I got burned. I'll be okay. I'm Oliver, by the way. Nice to meet you, too, uh... [he's never quite sure what order these names are supposed to be in] What would you like me to call you?

And yeah, Haruhi and Kyon are here, although they might not be exactly the same Haruhi and Kyon. It's...a little complicated. They're not from the same world. Maybe one of them is from yours...

I'm not superior of yours, not in the sense you're probably thinking. [he debates about whether to say this or not, but figures what the hell.] However...I am a Time Lord, which...I suppose would make me a superior, actually now that I think about it. [tries to be modest about it.]
