Notes for the Psychics:
Ten will probably be a little more difficult to read than others because of his almost automatic mental defences. Chances are he'll also be able to feel you probing his mind. You probably won't be able to pick anything up other than surface thoughts and feelings. If your character's a strong level psychic and you want them to pick up anything else, then feel free to ping me at anyneedtrinity (AIM) or leave me an OOC message. ♥ This guy's got a lot of secrets that I wouldn't mind uncovering sometime. You can never have enough Ten trauma.
What's okay to mention:
OOCly? I tell you, mention anything and everything. He's open minded. ICly? If you ask him about the Time War, changing fixed events, or why he doesn't just kill the Master and have done with it, he will become very cadgey, dance around the issue, and may clam up altogether. You have been warned.
Abilities:
- World Hopping/Time Travel
Ten has a TARDIS (Time And Relative Dimension In Space). It may look like a box, but it's actually the best damn time ship in the universe, which is bigger (a LOT bigger) on the inside. Ten can go anywhere -and I mean anywhere - in time and space in his on universe.
With regards to the community, he can world-hop people in his TARDIS to any time or universe that has a connection to the community and therefore his universe. Once there he can have a little poke around the time - say, about 300 or so years either way from the point he lands - but as he couldn't do inter-universe travel before joining the comm, this is still pretty limited. He'll work on it.
- Hacking
Um. He's a brilliant hacker, to put it bluntly. Unless you're an amazing programmer, another Time Lord, or a God, chances are that he will be able to hack your private entries if he puts his mind to it. Just to give you a heads up. (Secret: A lot of the time, he'll hack stuff that he sees on his flist but not comment or even read it. Hacking things gives him a weird sort of satisfaction.)
- Timey wimey stuff
Um, let's see. Ten can "see" everything: the things that could be, the things that must be, the things that should be, the things that must never be. The things that are fixed, and the things that are in flux. He can feel the turn of the Earth beneath his feet. As you can imagine this is a bit much for one person to bear, which is why he gets a bit irate when people mess around with fixed events. Ten can also control time SLIGHTLY on a personal level - he once slowed down time enough for him to get through some fans which he would have otherwise not been able to do.
Ten's biology also allows him to read books in a few seconds, withstand extreme heat and cold (his core body temperature is 15 degrees Celsius), be a little more difficult to kill (two hearts), and he also has a respiratory bypass which kicks in when he can't breathe normally. This is to say nothing of regeneration, where at the point of death his entire body changes, giving him a new body, personality, everything - but with the same core values and memories. 'Course, he can only do this a grand total of 12 times, but it's still a handy trick.
- Psychic powers
Ten's a pretty accomplished telepath. They used to do some sort of psychic dueling back in the Academy. It's been said that he's a decent hypnotist when he puts his mind to it (although nowhere near as good as the Master) but luckily he's got no desire to make use of this power. He can read minds and have a look around in people's heads to see if there's anything going on in there that shouldn't be. Obviously this means he can also mindtalk.
It's been implied that he may be able to do some limited "healing" of sorts on a telepathic level, depending on the amount of damage and the cause of it. He can definitely mess around with people's minds so that they can hear things on a telepathic level where they might not be able to normally (see link below~).
Sometimes Ten's brain automatically wires him in to a telepathic network, as in the case of the Ood here, and he can hear everything that's going on in that network - often, he can't not. Personally, going on what I've heard about Time Lord stuff, I think this may be a biological coping mechanism, since all time lords used to be in a sense part of the same network, and now that they're mostly all gone, it's all white noise. (Hence why Nine once commented that he knows all the Time Lords are dead because he can feel it "in here".) If it's at all possible, though, he'll try not to listen in, giving you lot your privacy, and him a little bit of sanity.
- Sonic Screwdriver and Other Stuff
Ten's a brilliant engineer of sorts, having been able to build a working scanner out of AAA batteries, bottle tops, and other sorts of junk. One of the best things he's built is the sonic screwdriver, which as well as functioning as a screwdriver, also has loads of settings which have been seen to resonate concrete, control mechanical and electrical things, reattach barbed wire, fuse systems, unlock/lock doors, hack into computers, and countless other things.
Oh, and he also has slightly psychic paper which tells you whatever he (or it) wants you to see. Clever innit?
Shapeshift/Bodyswap/Slash/Etc:

He can't do it on his own (unless you count the Chameleon Arch, which rewrites biology, changing say, a Time Lord into a human or any other species and hiding the original personality and DNA inside an innocuous object like a watch). But if you want to? I say go ahead! But please ask me first so I can check it doesn't clash with anything I'm already up to. Ten is a busy busy lad.

Ten likes what he likes - but he doesn't often like as it is, to be honest. Suffice to say he is completely omnisexual, so I'm open to POSSIBLE relationships with anything, to be honest. Plz to be remembering though, that Ten is NOT your fandom bicycle.

Um. Go for it! Once again though, if you're looking to maim him something awful (that'll take a Time Lord longer to heal from than normal, etc) please IM me or leave me an OOC message so that I know what you're doing. ^_^

Unless it's important for a plotty plot plot, please don't. XD I know that DDD is the biggest resurrection machine ever, (and that he'd regenerate anyway, bah) but Ten's so well known here now that I don't want all his flist to go cry over nothing. >: If you do have a strange, burning desire to kill him, please IM me or OOC message me.
Kissing/Hugging/Badtouch:

Um. No. Ten will only let a select few kiss him chastely, and even then, only a select few in public/in company. (Jack, Rose, and other very close friends come to mind.) If you try going beyond a quick peck on the cheek/lips, he's totally not up for that. (In private, however, if you're very lucky... now that's another matter entirely. ;D)
Of course, if your character wants to try it on, you can have them try. I just can't guarantee that their relationship with Ten will be so smooth after it happens. :]
- Hugging:
YES. Yes yes yes. If there's one thing Ten likes, it's a good hug, and he likes hugs from friends even more. Bring the hugs here, guys, God knows he needs them. ♥
- Badtouch:
Last time I checked, I think that the Master was dominating this area. ;) Uh yeah. Once again, if you tried it and he really really didn't know or like you (and probably even if he did) he'd back off, sharpish. And probably avoid you for a long time.

- Be an interesting person! If he thinks you're brilliant, he'll stick to you like glue.

- Be Torchwood.
- Hurt any one of his friends. He doesn't have many close ones, so the ones that get really close to he treasures.
