just thought about this...does part A crystalize if left out in the air? if so, it may be possible to use a wee bit of it as a binder in your paint mix...(james, a bitchin painter and my boss at the first shop i worked in, would employ this technique). remind me to go off about japan colors sometime...

that's so funny that you mention that, I totally tried that but because I had only a few hours to make this one, the paint hadn't dried (that stuff really takes awhile to dry ) and then I wasn't sure about it cracking but with more R&D I bet that would be the easiest course. PAX is hard to use, it's so fuck'n sticky, translucent so lots of coats which means brush strokes and it has to be powdered or sprayed ( i used a quick coat of Krylon clear matte acrylic spray... just to take the tacky edge off. I remembered you telling me about James using the catalyst to paint with, always wanted to try it (activator actualy, Deb said it's not technically a catalyst...damn chemists ;-)
