Roll up the Rim! I have had customers go Whoohoo over free coffee and customers yelling at me for getting a "try again!" cup (and saying we save the winners for oursevles lol) and of course that stupid "win a bagel" blone joke is making rounds again ( Read more... )

The only one I have is these two ladies who, when I asked if they wanted their food to stay or to go, prattled on and on about waste, that they didn't want to throw away all that paper, then came back up and asked for their roll up cups. *eyeroll*

Oh fer.....

I had one guy yell at me when I asked if he wanted to upsize to a medium cup for the contest. He yells "NO THATS TO F****ING EXPENSIVE!"

Only to come back in and tell a manager that I didn't ask if he wanted to upsize. She pwned him by telling him not only did she hear the order but she made his small coffee. No Cup For You! lol.

We had a GPS won at my store the first day of the contest. A boat was won at a store down the street from us yesterday. And rumour has it a car was won downtown on the first day, but I don't know for sure yet.

A lady won a $50 Tim Card last night and she got all mad at me when I told her she had to mail in her tab with the form I gave her to receive it...she wanted us to give her a $50 card right then and there. I told her we couldn't that it was a special limited edition card and we don't have them. "Well that's just stupid" she told me. You just won a big prize lady! Be happy!

The gentleman who won the GPS was very happy and understood why we couldn't touch his tab and having to fill out a claim form. Although most of us on shift had never seen a big winner tab he was most patient with us and held it up so we can see it. lol

Wow. If she'd won the car she would have been mad that you didn't have it sitting in the parking lot for her to drive away.

Today someone said he won a free coffee at another store and vowed not to come to ours ever again because he lost.
