My manager just told me that over all the years and all the employees she's had, I am one of the best she's ever worked with and a "12" on a 1-10 scale. Definitely a confidence booster. Now if I can translate that to a significant raise, that would be super. Hmmmm.

It's actually been less than I year that I've worked with this manager. Maybe she just doesn't know me well enough yet ;) haha
