So i woke up this morning, went to the Smith's and said bye to Lauren. drive around for a while. ate breakfast and watched spongebob. went on a bike ride for 52 mins. did crunches and pushups. clocked the bike ride in my auto. vacuumed. watched some acl reconstruction videos online, they're pretty cool. mowed the lawn. made cookies.
