Summary: Henry’s just been released from the confinements of rehab. His love has a few words in reply for his “I’m back.”

The sun beat down on him, bright and hot, relentlessly pouring golden light on him. How long hand it been since he last walked outside of the place? When has he first arrived for rehabilitation? Weeks? Months? Hell, it could have been over a year. Staying in there could cause one to lose track of time, especially if they were suffering from heroin withdrawal.
But he was free of that trap and he wasn’t looking back because as he took each tentative step, getting more confident with each increase of the distance, a figure filled his view, more and more. The one who hadn’t given up on him when others had. The one who warmed his heart. Finally, the invisible chains that held him back, snapped clean, and he was flying to him. To his love. To his Han Geng.
Warm protective arms quickly engulfed him. “Henry,” flowed his name along with a warm breath from the other.
“Han Geng, I’m back,” Henry whispered.
“Sweetheart, you never left, because the Henry in front of me is not the one I let go of.” Pulling back, Han Geng stared the younger in the eye. “The Henry I’m hugging at this moment, is a new Henry, with a new story to write.”
Not giving time to let words slip through the male’s mouth, the elder swooped down for the lightest kiss before pulling away and starting on his path towards the waiting car. Henry in turn could only smile. He couldn’t have possibly done anything good to be allowed Han Geng, and a new beginning. Even so, he silently thanked whoever, whatever, for his second chance before gliding after his love.

So ya. This was my entry (obviously I did not win ;-; )
Buuuut, I still like it. Why? Because it’s a Han Geng/Henry story and its all fluffy xD That and this honestly is my second story. Might actually be my first but I’m not too sure.
So yes, Henry was a drug addict, went to rehab and has just been released o.o Why I made him the drug addict? Probably because I wanted Hannie to be all lovable xDDD
