And it hurts. On the other hand it is rather nice to let my hands go into freeflow with my thoughts again - it's been a while since I blogged, or posted or whathave you. The only reason I am even on here is thanks to the Stone Key for making me go to the Obernewtyn Community that I forgot I had set up

You would absolutely LOVE Isobelle Carmody, Bonnie Jean, especially her short stories (gathered in a book called Green Monkey Dreams) ... so are you still updating on LJ? I should go have a look rather than asking ;)

I'm still vaguely updating LJ. Not nearly as much as I used to (or as much as I should) but definitely keeping up with it more than Facebook. ;)

It looks as though my public library does not have Green Monkey Dreams. The 3 Isobelle Carmody books they carry are Winter Door, Little Fur: The Legend Begins, and A Fox Called Sorrow. If I still had access the Uni library still, I could also get one more, The Gathering... Alas, apparently Obernewtyn shall have to wait until a more fortuitous library system. :D

The Gathering is a truly excellent book. I think you should get it out! The other three you mention are children's books - but see what you think if you get the opportunity :-)
