I use this blog to send news homeward, but I am homeward, so I needn't use it now. :-}

Tigerdirect has a great deal on a 1 GB flash drive right now. It's $10 after two mail-in rebates. Technically, you're buying an internet security suite bundled with a flash drive and the rebates are for the software, but either way it works out the same.

Okay, is ANYWHERE in Iowa really apt to be labeled "city"?

I don't even think Des Moines counts, but then again, I'm rather prejudiced against that state as a whole, with the exception of some lovely people who live there.

that is a good deal...but i just bought one...at office depot...man, the word depot is a lot of fun to type and i'm really not sure why.
anyway, maybe you should use this journal to keep up with people that aren't homeward...just a suggestion from a southern belle...or a southerner in any case! :)
again, i should warn you that someday i will call you unexpectedly.
