it sucks when things change drastically. as long as you're not dealing with the clients/customers face to face I don't see why you'd have to dress up. I mean, they probably thinks it will change the atmosphere or something. if they really need to do this, they COULD ease into it, make certain days of the week the dress up days, leaving some jean days still. that would make it easier for those who don't have dress clothes for work.
stupid work dress codes. mine is just as ridiculous: we're not allowed wearing jeans, but i can wear jean skirts. so jean material is allowed only as long as it's not wrapped around each leg individually. sigh.
as i would say "eff that noise", you should be able to wear jeans...you should just wear some sort of costume to work everyday and freak everyone way out so they won't bother you. i like that idea.
p.a come to my party on saturday or i'll kill you and that's a promise
I have numerous costume ideas that still technically apply to the dress code.
I have no money and I work both saturday (into the night) AND sunday. If you promise to kill me that would mean you'd come down to St. Catharines, right?
The first day of that new policy, you should rent a tuxedo and show up in that. It'd be hilarious... remember when Peter Kormos did that at Parliament?
