FOr everyone who we excited to hear Bushes plan to go to Mars (I wish) here is another cost to add to the final bill for his plan. They are going to let the Hubble telescope burn up in stead of installing the upgrades that are already built and tested that would increase the abilities of the already revolutionary scientific tool.
