Minimum Wage went up last Friday. It went from $6.55 to $7.25. We had/have a huge order that needed to go out ASAP. So last week we had our shop work on Saturday and Sunday to get the job done. This meant that most of the shop would get about 20 hours of overtime and for about a third the over time would be on top of a $0.70 raise

Drop them the tip now, so you don't have to wait any longer than you have to. Considering what these guys are used to getting away with, informing on them is probably a good thing
