he is too phoenetically geared cos his visual always fail him and he can never remember how to spell through learning by sight.

I also blur blur when I was in Primary 1. Nowadays...sigh *shake head* expectations on P1 are so high. He had loads of homework everyday. Poor boy.

Wah! this is a very good effort on his part.

All creative writing teachers are encouraged not to impose spelling rules on the kids at this age...may kill the interest in writing. His spelling errors here can be forgiven cos they sound phonetically similar to the actual words. e.g. Cam - cos e is silent, bac - typical of asians as we always leave out the last consonants when we talk, wif - he forgot his green series "th" etc

that's why I told him not to erase the wrong words and change it. I merely told him how to spell correctly on a separate paper.

lots of memory games, brain gym -e.g figure of 8 which we are working on now.
