ya know there is a lot of treatment and hope out there for those who have just the hiv virus and not full blown aids.. all is definitely not lost. far from it.
support your friend as i'm sure you are and inform her about the world of medical care out there.

it's horrible news for anyone but the good news is that there is no better time to be living with a disease than now.. both medically and equal opportunity wise.
