Actually, I think it was Gwinnett County that elected Bob Barr. (At least, I think that's where the 7th District is) Newt Gingrich is from Cobb...

According to google old district 7 covered Paulding County as well that may be why I thought it was Cobb, rednecks are rednecks. Sadly Newt also represented Fulton County despite my best efforts to the contrary. I kind of miss the days of chanting "BOOT NEWT"
