Remember that night, how we talked an electric blue streak? I remember taking the train home after we first met. I felt ecstatic, there on that Amtrack as it rolled through prairie desert taking me back up to the mountains. I hadn't gotten your phone number or your email address. It sounds so corny, but I swear, I knew within 10 minutes of meeting you that I was going to keep you.

I'm sure it's been said before by someone, but I think the way that you know you've found the one is when you can remember all the little details in terms of times that you've spent with them.

I remember that my friend invited me over to his house and he said his friend that lived out of town was coming. I knew this friend was a girl and so I tried just a little harder than normal to look presentable. We were going to watch the Grinch Before Christmas (the original cartoon, not the stupid remake).
