Procrastinating, as I always do before/durring/after hunkering down with the books I ran across this tasty tidbit in the State News:

I disagree! I may be the only one, but I love 80s style! The music, the movies, the fashion! It was all great fun! Most of it is funny as hell to look back on, but hey, it was the 80s! I wouldn't mind if some of that really colorful weird-ass stuff came back into fashion!

Stevo, that's blaspemy to the Style Gods. It is much better for society as a whole if 80's style did not rear it's ugly head ever again.

i've seen some of the teeny-bopper high school girls wearing leggings under denim skirts--it's hideous! some of it could come back, but most of the 80's fashion (including leggings and big bangs) should stay in the past.

ha ha... i remember those and had quite a few pairs. I think those are way worse than leggings.. yuck

speaking of tight-rolling jeans... i was flipping through a magazine the other day and it said that tapered legs in jeans were back also. what are these people thinking?
