Wow! You have a huge variety of plants. And here I was impressed that my lavender appears to have made it through the winter (this was the third batch).

Nooo, I just have the one 4'x4' raised bed, and 4 1-sqft ones for the herbs (made from some old wooden boxes. I still have a whole yard to fill, one that is especially prone to waist high weeds.

I always kill lavender somehow. It's supposed to be pretty sturdy, but that has not been my experience with it at all.
