That was why Guy’s quick defection to Philip Mark had been so nettling. It was not merely that de Rainault had lost his position, but that he lost Gisburne. Nope, the sheriff didn't like that very much. *grin*

If he has desired the Sheriff for so long, no wonder he got upset about Ralph of Huntingdon trying to impress him and at the first chance he could engineered his death.
