Sadly, the cause of stress doesn't disappear by knitting mittens or somesuch. Not that there's anything wrong with knitting, of course. To kill stress you should adress the source and vanquish it. (Large swords useful but not obligatory. ) If you have too much on your your to-do list, consider reevaluating what's important and necessary and temporarily shelve that which isn't.
I dropped it in the back of a cab, and it has since been turned off. I've contacted all cab companies, no luck. The ironic thing is my phone has been dying, or almost, and I was planning to buy a new one on Monday anyway -- but now I've no SIM card :(
I go to two or three movies a week completely alone. It gives me some me time and it's a way to remove yourself from people and things for a few hours. I usually emerge with a lot of energy.
