On St Patrick's Day next Sunday, I start bartending at 1pm. Until 3am. WHAT HAVE I GOTTEN MYSELF INTO? I'm insane.

That's exactly what I was thinking of when I agreed to it. I'll also have a bus boy which is great (I usually wash all my own glasses), it'll prob be the guy that was there when you came, so he cn help serve if I need it, and I sid I'd need an hour off for dinner.
