I went jiterry when I logged into my online accounts.. each one of them had some vague balances and for some reason looks like i have been paying someone elses water/sewer bills.. freaking no idea why. I need to call up and rectify them. Well maybe A will do it

Call the bank's customer care and SHOUT at them!!! Tell them you will sue them for causing mental agony and trauma.
