today just reminded me why i loved to run. the high afterwards just makes me unbelievably happy and relaxed. i just stopped worrying after. leave it all up to Him and He'll take care of it for me. kudos to liz for running w/ me! hehe we have the funniest convos when we run. and usually the person behind cant hear so we have to yell. its very good

i just woke up at 6:40 so i could go running before vbs/work... eat that for early! haha glad ur architecture program is going so well
