Cursed book is holding true to its reputation. Beta reader is having issues. So is another person I asked to read it.
At this point, I probably should throw up my hands, but I won't. Instead I'll laugh and think of this image, lovingly painted by Norman Rockwell, and remind myself that it's okay to go ahead and jump. It's only a book

Oh it's do or die at this point. I've slated the book for publication this year and I'm not backing down on that promise to myself. Which is why I have to laugh and then jump, no matter what.
