Withdraw

Eating a lot more fruits and veggies lately, I've been having withdraws. But every time I look at the old foods I use to eat, it looks so good and unhealthy at the same time, its a love and hate relationship. I know what you mean, I'm trying to eat more vegetables these days and although I manage to eat more healthily, still the old foods tempt me from time to time.

I'd also recommend some detox/cleansing-- did wonders in my case (removed almost all cravings for sugars and other such items-- might be of use to yours)

Since about the beginning of the year [2009]..
my intentions were to do a 90 day juice feast - but have found that to be impractical for budget and family meal planning reasons...

I still manage to juice most week-days however, and definitely would recommend doing that as a supplement to whatever (healthy) eating habits ANYONE is already practicing...
